Live With Blackmagic Design

Blackmagic Design voiced that Sky TV, Lansing, MI, used a few Blackmagic Design products for its disdainful live announce of the 2012 USA Water Polo Junior Olympics receiving place at California’s Stanford University on July 31 and Aug 5. Blackmagic Design’s ATEM 1 M/E Production Switcher, ATEM Television Studio, Intensity Shuttle takeover and playback cards, HyperDeck Shuttle margin tape deck and Battery Converters HDMI to SDI were used to switch, takeover and river all of the action live for this year’s championship games.

The Gold and Platinum Division Championship games were aired live from two well-defined pools in Stanford’s Avery Aquatics Center, where the USA’s national H2O polo group plays. Spectators were able to see all the action streamed live on assorted screens and a Jumbotron via the Stanford facility, and remote viewers could perspective the games as they happened via Sky TV’s online portal.

Sky TV filmed any championship diversion in its whole in HD, with any camera versed with Blackmagic Design Battery Converters and related to Intensity Shuttles to takeover ingested video feeds. An ATEM Television Studio was used to announce and river the Gold Division games receiving place in the not as big of the two pools live to the Internet. Sky TV moreover used the ATEM 1 M/E Production Switcher to announce the Platinum Division games, adding time and player census data graphics, in add-on to photo in photo shut ups of swift break action and live shots of the crowd’s reaction.
