The justice awarded tiny indemnification to both companies and systematic them to end selling their infringing products in South Korea. Luckily, nothing of the criminialized products are the ultimate models of Apple or Samsung devices.

The judges commanded Apple to pay 20 million won ($17,560) to Samsung, whilst Samsung was systematic to pay 25 million won, or $22,000. The amount is a far cry is to hundreds of millions of dollars they asked the court.

The preference comes after a United Kingdom justice voiced that Samsung's Milky Way tablets are " not as cold " compared to its Apple counterpart. The box is now being attempted in Australia and Germany , whilst the sovereign jury in San Jose, California, is comparing opinions on a identical box .
