German TV writer perfume Broadcasting Center (CBC) has commissioned the Harmonic Omneon Spectrum HD media server network for feast and playout for its RTL HD and VOX HD channels from a new announce core in Cologne. The server will encouragement RTL's Austrian and Swiss channels.
