Microsoft Finalizes Acquisition Of Skype

Microsoft has finalized its merger of Skype, 5 months after it was initial voiced . Under the new deal, that is mentioned to cost $8.5 billion, Skype CEO Tony Bates will be reassigned as the boss of the new Skype Division of Microsoft and will have to inform right away to Microsoft's CEO Steve Ballmer.
