Samsung Ready To Battle Apple In Patent War

In a legal case filed Friday, Apple indicted Samsung of duplicating the iPad and the iPhone, and the Korean hulk is melancholy to retaliate.

Apple's legal case declared a few Samsung phones and the Samsung Milky Way Tab, claiming that their similarities with Apple products were over the area of coincidence. The Cupertino, California firm has indicted Samsung of committing obvious and heading infringements.

"Samsung will reply actively to this legal action taken against us by apt legal measures to safeguard the egghead property," the South Korean company mentioned in a statement.

Samsung updated that it has successfully built its own egghead portfolio formed on its own technologies.
