Samsung Electronics is suing Apple, claiming its opponent disregarded its obvious rights, days after Apple indicted Samsung of "slavishly" duplicating designs of its iPad and iPhone.
The obvious lawsuits, filed in South Korea, Japan and Germany, engage transgression of up to 5 patents, Samsung mentioned in a statement.
Apple filed a legal case against Samsung final Friday for violating its patents.
