At the 2011 NAB Show, Nevion will deliver new video networking administration solutions and enhancements to its existing network administration modules to help deliver remotely managed video networking functionality opposite all infrastructures.
The ultimate in the FCS in-service monitoring product family, the FCS250-IP provides video-over-IP monitoring capabilities. The FCS250-IP procedure installs in to any Ventura chassis, creation it perfectly matched for remote deployment in conjunction with Nevion's video-over-IP ride solutions. The new procedure supports full wire-speed monitoring of up to 512 IP flows on an electrical or visual network interface and performs review of video-over-IP traffic on Ethernet, IP, UDP and RTP layers. As a subset of the TR101-290, priority checks are achieved in real time for all rescued ride streams. The FCS250-IP complements identical modules from Nevion that guard ASI or SDI ride streams together with the FCS1000-PLUS, a 1RU section that monitors all 3 variety of traffic.
Nevion's Advanced Element Management System (AEMS) has been upgraded with new features to upgrade operation and continuance of Ventura stage solutions. A state-of-the-art, user-friendly interface is introduced for setup of modules with a considerable number of parameters. The company's AEMS 2.0 moreover features extended encouragement for SNMP and new safety and card-maintenance functionality.
Nevion's total family of control, monitoring and administration solutions includes the high-density FCS1000-PLUS, that delivers cost-effective video service monitoring of IP together with DVB-ASI and HD/SD-SDI signals. Putting customers resolutely in manage of network assets, Nevion's DataMiner stage provides an on the whole answer for monitoring the entire video ride sequence and comes preconfigured with Nevion equipment.
