Music site RnBXclusive.com has been close down by the UK's Serious Organised Crime Agency (Soca).
A takedown observe warned visitors who have used the site to download song they could face up to 10 years seizure and an infinite fine.
Soca mentioned song posted on the site was "stolen from the artists" and might have "damaged careers".
A human has been arrested for rascal and bailed tentative serve enquiries, military told the BBC.
"Soca targets organized crook enterprises profiting from the exploitation of the UK open and bona fide businesses," the group mentioned in a statement.
"Much of the song offering for download by the RnBXclusive.com website was illegally performed from artists, heading the attention to blame on losses of roughly 15m per year to the site's activity."
