The Bulgarian national radio channel, bTV has deployed a full SeaChange International play-to-air system. The HD-ready network comprises the Universal MediaLibrary (UML) Grid storage network and the MediaClient codecs. bTV will passing from one to another its existing Broadcast MediaLibrary (BML) to offer as its catastrophe liberation system, further strengthening the infrastructure in to a strong announce play-to-air system.

The UML Grid at bTV features 144TB in a 5RU storage matrix. This ability allows bTV the choice to scale up and scale out. With coexisting NAS and SAN connections, accessing iSCSI, CIFS, NFS, and FTP files may be completed without reconfigurations or gateways.

Data administration between the UML chief storage and the BML backup storage will be rubbed by the SeaChange MediaGateway Pro Mirroring system.
