Minecraft Creator Triumphs In Trademark Battle

After a few months of open bickering, the authorised fighting between publishing house Bethesda and author Markus "Notch" Persson might be forthcoming to a close.

In August, Persson wrote on his blog that Bethesda had pursued authorised action against him and his company, Mojang, for trademarking the pretension for use in his company's next game. Bethesda mentioned the pretension conflicted with its series.

Mojang has won a key fighting in the disagreement and can go on to use the name, Persson mentioned Tuesday.

"We won the meantime injunction! We can keep using the name ," Persson mentioned on his Twitter account.
