CPC 's Automatic Time Stamp (ATS) extras program reduces the time it takes to closed heading videos by automatically time stamping any heading using the ultimate debate approval technology. The time-stamping routine is ample faster than real-time (15x-30x faster, depending on P.C. speed).
It operates with CaptionMaker and MacCaption closed captioning software. ATS uses debate approval to automatically synchronize the twin with the video.
