Nintendo has turn the ultimate firm to endure an online safety crack due to an assault by hackers, Lulz Security.
The Japanese diversion firm mentioned that a server of a of its affiliates in the US was pounded by the organisation a few weeks ago.
Lulz Security is the same organisation that pounded the websites of Sony over the past few weeks.
However, the creator of the Wii mentioned that no consumer information or firm information was lost.
"There were no third-party victims," firm orator Ken Toyoda said.
"But it is a fact, there was a few type of probable hacking attack," he added.
Over the past few months, there has been a spate of attacks by hackers on the websites of heading companies consequent in the loss of profitable consumer data.
Japanese wiring creator Sony suffered a large safety crack progressing this year when hackers targeted the PlayStation Network and the sum of 77 million users were compromised.
However in this case, Nintendo says there was no consumer information stored on the server accessed by the hackers and the firm insists it is all the time working to make sure consumer safety.
