The Winklevoss brothers, Harvard contemporaries of Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg, have finished their authorised fighting with the amicable network.
They reached a $65m (41m) agreement in 2008, after claiming that Mr Zuckerberg stole their idea.
The authorised squabble was immortalised in the movie "The Social Network".
In January they attempted to free the case, claiming that they should have received more shares than the $45m they concluded on.
They sought to quash the agreement of $20m in money and $45m in batch - right away value more than $100m.
A US appeals justice ruled in April that they could not back out of the deal.
The span had in jeopardy to go to US Supreme Court to capsize the preference but have right away mentioned they will not search for it.

The twins originally argued that Mr Zuckerberg had stolen their thought after he was hired by them to ethics their ConnectU site in 2003.
