After Amazon, Microsoft, and many others, Apple has filed a Cease and Desist demand against a home server program startup that uses the tenure "App Store." In response, Amahi at the moment altered it to App Mart, all whilst asking users for a new name to call their app store.
Of course, you longed for a tiny firm to "fight back," but they do not have the sufficient money to hurl divided similar to Amazon did. Besides, Apple has every correct to affirm that the tenure "App Store" is their trademark, and Amahi can always change App Mart back to App Store if the justice preference goes not in favor of Apple.
Meanwhile, Amahi has advance up with a competition for its users to indicate a new word to call its App Mart. Currently in the lead is "iStore," but we do not regard that will be used unless the startup wants more authorised headaches. Other suggestions add "App Shop," "Amahi Store," "Amahi Market," and "Appalog." If you wish to come together for a luck to win a P.C. and a pro membership, head over to Amahi .
