The network allows users to record (log) MPEG ride streams continuously, and guard the A/V calm inclusive BS.1770-2 loudness, NAVE, and other correlations of information and video. Observer moreover allows users to remotely river and trade calm to all stakeholders in the media enterprise. Because Observer TS logs the full ride stream, the user is able to return an hour, a day, a week, or a month to analyze and/or trade calm and effectively discard incurable problems with service handoffs.
Low bit rate proxies, WMV or H.264, and DVR-like frame-accurate controls enable for easy calm review, even when working over an craving network or WAN. The logging, review, and trade capabilities enable operators to troubleshoot problems rapidly and heed customers' problems in their network from problems with the service handoff.
