STB Ukraine, a of the largest Ukrainian announce networks, has versed its 10-camera HD OB lorry with communications apparatus from Riedel Communications of Germany.

Riedel, that specializes in intercom, fiber, audio and air wave technology, commissioned a communications network mixing connected Artist digital pattern intercom with wireless Acrobat intercom technology. The designation was managed by systems integrator TVC, UAB Televizijos ir ryio sistemos, iauliai, Lithuania.

To supply its new OB truck, STB Ukraine commissioned 8 Artist 2000 series, whilst 6 Artist 5000 array desktop manage panels give the indispensable communications ports. Artist intercom matrices may be simply stretched to up to 1024 x 1024 nonblocking ports.

There is moreover a Riedel Acrobat, providing full-duplex wireless VoIP-over-DECT communications. This features a license-free, mobile design with seamless hand-over between cells, permitting any Acrobat wireless beltpack to every time guard and automatically choose the most appropriate connection to the Acrobat unit controller.
