Sonnet Technologies has introduced its initial SATA Revision 3.0 horde coordinator cards: Tempo SATA 6Gb/s PCIe 2.0 for desktop computers; and Tempo SATA 6Gb/s ExpressCard/34 and Tempo corner SATA 6Gb/s ExpressCard/34 for cover computers.

These new additions to Sonnet's extended preference of PCI Express (PCIe) and ExpressCard/34 adapters broach swift performance, primarily when used with storage products versed with the SATA 6Gb/s interface, nonetheless offer back compatibility with 3Gb/s SATA devices.

SATA Revision 3.0, the next-generation Serial ATA expostulate interface, offers a 6Gb/s give rate, twice that of the formerly version. It is good matched for use with plain state drives (SSD), that can sate a 3Gb/s horde coordinator interface. Tempo SATA 6Gb/s cards are matching with SSDs, typical hard hoop drives and visual drives with an eSATA interface.
