Apart from filing a censure to the International Trade Commission against Apple, Samsung has forsaken its counter-suit against the Cupertino-based firm final June 30 in an endeavor "to streamline the authorised proceedings." The obvious transgression fit was in reply to Apple's allegations that Samsung's Milky Way gadgets have copied the iPhone and iPad.
That does not meant Samsung has since up on its own transgression claims against Apple, as its orator has mentioned her firm "will go on to defent its obvious rights" by merging the claims with the counter-claim in an progressing fit that Apple filed at a justice in San Jose, California. The withdrawal of the counter-suit moreover does not start other cases or obvious breach complaints that Samsung lifted against Apple in the United States and in other countries.
Litigation between Apple and Samsung is moreover underway in United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and even in the latter's home territory of South Korea.
