Readdle's PDF Converter will do only that. It takes flattering sufficient any record on your iPad and turns it in to a PDF. There are a couple of hard-to-use web services that will do this for you, but PDF Converter takes caring of all on the iPad itself. This is both more secure, and way more convenient.
There are lots of ways to obtain papers in to the converter. The principal a is to use the "Open with" order in other applications (like Dropbox, Mail or MobileMe). This is great. we use it similar to this: In my Spanish classes, we take a tear of the whiteboard with the iPad camera (or my real camera, if we wish to obviously read anything). we then modify to PDF and open in the PDF Highlighter app. From there, we can increase highlights and records on top.
