O2 Mobile Users Cut Off Opposite UK

Tens of thousands of O2 customers have mislaid voice and information services opposite the UK due to a complaint with the network.

The mobile definite mentioned that it had started experiencing problems "at lunchtime" on Wednesday.

GiffGaff and Tesco Mobile subscribers - who moreover make use of O2's masts - have moreover been affected.

O2 mentioned the complaint is not formed on geography. Some subscribers still have connectors at the same place as others who do not.

Many users have sent messages around Twitter to protest about the issue.

One user joked : "What did a O2 patron say to the other? Nothing!"

But others mentioned they were unaffected.

"Everyone's angry about O2 reception, mine's been working excellent all day," mentioned a twitter .

Customers have been told they can keep follow of developments around O2's service position page .

Some have complained that the page is slow to bucket and infrequently fails to appear. A mouthpiece for O2 apologised and mentioned the site was confronting high demand.
