Jnger Audio has marked down the cost of intensity administration with the add-on of an affordable multiple card to its successful modular C8000 audio estimate system. The C8491 combines a 3G/HD/SD-SDI interface able of handling four, 8 or 16 audio duct SDI streams with a Jnger Level Magic 2 processor for handling loudness. One card represents a TV channel.

Giving a full manage and correspondence package, C8491 may be used with Jnger's Loudness Logger, a program focus that offers a means of monitoring intensity over time, in real time or subsequently to investigate stored intensity record files.

Compliant with all the ultimate general intensity specifications inclusive EBU R128, the Level Magic 2 processor automatically manages the intensity of a programme with "a multiloop coexisting multiple of slow changes (AGC-like) swift changes (transient processing) and look-ahead tying administration for c arefree estimate of nonlocked SDI streams." Level Magic's embedded algorithm seamlessly handles the intensity manage of digital audio signals in any case of the submit levels.

Easy to run around a Web interface, the C8491 cards need usually a paltry number of settings to be done before use and are rarely space efficient; a singular dedicated 3U support can assimilate up to 16 C8491 cards.
