Google has launched a content message-based chronicle of its email service targeted at users in Africa.
Gmail SMS can run on supposed "dumb phones" that usually have really simple features and no access to the internet.
The service has so far been done existing in Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya.

It will be giveaway to take messages from the system, but any sent texts will be theme to typical network rates.
