Stype Typewriter: Chat On Skype With Walternate

[Daniel Huhndt] hacked a typewriter to let it sending his dato over Skype: the Stype .

With the help of "some solenoids, relays, pushbuttons, a few tools of a inexpensive keyboard, an arduino mega and a mac mini" , the typewriter may be used to send messages online. Whatever is typed in to the paper gets sent, and the replies are automatically typed in to the paper, archiving the review in the process. Whether the every day conversations are value documenting is other matter.
