ActiveVideo Networks filed an claim against Verizon Communications Aug. 12 to end the firm from using its egghead skill as segment of Verizon's FiOS TV service.
On Aug. 2, jurors awarded ActiveVideo Networks indemnification totaling $115 million in a obvious transgression fit against Verizon Communications.
