A dilettante in injection-molded thoroughfare cases, SKB has done existing the new 3i line of law hard-shell cases for digital recorders. The cases add custom-cut froth interiors for Zoom H4N, Zoom H2, Zoom Q3 (and HD), Edirol and Sony PCM handheld recorders. All will be on manifestation in Booth 4210 at the arriving NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA, Jan. 13-16.

Each tape deck is housed in a 3i-0907-4B injection-molded, watertight box assembled of ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin. The box shells are written and manufactured to U.S. army selection standards (MIL-STD) for tactical applications. The molded unibody is a waterproof, indisputable and submersible pattern resistant to gnawing and effect damage. The box includes two SKB trigger latches, snap-down rubber over-molded pillow hold handles and an automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C). The interior is cut from ELE froth and includes pockets is to recorder, power supply, windscreens, mental recall cards and other accessories.
