Toy creator WowWee introduces a new line of toys for 2012, that can moreover be used along with iOS and Android apps. AppGear are collectible action figures–or "AppCessories" as they would similar to to call it–paired with its own free, downloadable app. This gaming experience mixes protracted reality games with earthy toys.
"You fly your toy, fool around on your phone, using your actual world as background. How cold is that," as settled by a technology consultant on WowWee's press release.
There are 6 AppGear lines being launched at CES 2012, inclusive Alien Jailbreak, Zombie Burbs, Foam Fighters, and Elite Commander.
The WowWee AppGears are approaching to cost between $9.99 and $19.99 depending on the specific toy.
