Twitter's youngster insurance policies are lagging at the back other amicable networking websites, a watchdog has warned.
The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (Ceop) has urged Twitter to residence its fears that a few paedophiles use the site to confer abuse and couple to racy images.
