At AES, the Recording Academy Producers Engineers Wing voiced its 2011-2012 Steering Committee, that researches and recommends solutions for technical and mercantile problems confronting today's song prolongation professionals. Consisting of a heterogeneous form of tip engineers, producers and audio professionals, the cabinet will work to pick out and residence key topics.
Newly-appointed Steering Committee Co-Chair Mike Clink (Los Angeles) joins third year Co-Chair James McKinney (Washington, D.C.) in describing the stress that the PE Wing will place on its purpose as an promoter for value in sound recording, audio technologies, preparation in the recording humanities and the rights of song creators overall.
