Over 27,000 South Koreans Sue Apple

After losing the box against a sole South Korean iPhone user over privacy issues, Apple is set to face a new polite box in Samsung's home turf. This time, it is a category action fit consisting of 27,612 South Koreans, who collectively look for over $2.5 million value of damage expenses over claims that their privacy has been disregarded since iPhone collected their place information without their knowledge.

Each complainant is asking for 1 million won ($932) for damages, and all of them are represented by Attorney Kim Hyeong-seok, the really same iPhone user who sued Apple and was compensated for indemnification final May .
