Notch isn't giving up his free-for-all with Bethesda, adage the whole legal case is a "bogus claim," but profession and diversion attention researcher Mark Methenitis says Bethesda has a "reasonable argument" formed on determined US trademark-law tests. Perhaps Notch should dare Bethesda to a Twitter duel, since at 303,000 followers, Notch could club Bethesda's 50,000 rounded off 6 times over and still have sufficient people left over to fool around the Scrolls alpha when it launches after that this year, and that's ridiculous.
