Today you open Arduino Labs , a new website you have been working on for a couple of weeks that will enable us to post record about projects you are working on that are not ready to be "official" yet.
We wish to have a more open growth routine inside of the Arduino plan and this is a of the many stairs that are getting us there.
Another function of Labs is to bring closer to Arduino a number of projects done by members of the residents that you wish to make more authorized and simpler to find.
There are a lot of libraries, for example, created by great people that infrequently are hard to find or the initial maintainer stops working on them at a few point. With Labs we'll be able to emanate a permanent home for those libraries and give space on our gihub for that code.
This is only the commencement but you already have a couple of great projects for you:
Android/Arduino ADK apparatus for Processing
a set of collection that let you rise Android fittings with Arduino using only the Processing denunciation without having to pick up how to module the Android API in Eclipse. We think this will make it sufficient simpler for people to make use of the power of the Arduino ADK board
Arduino GSM Shield
In the final couple of months you have been using the great people at Telefonica I+D in Spain on the pattern of a GPRS block for Arduino. We done a couple of prototypes that have been used in a Hackaton you ran with Telefonica in Spain on the 17 of july. The pages on Labs supply the initial record is to prototypes and open the doorway to more work to be done to make the product ready for everybody.
We hope you conclude this new apparatus and greatfully send us feedback or introduce projects at labs@arduino.cc
