VIDEO: Reigniting The Domesday Project

The Domesday Project available images and data about life opposite the UK between 1984 and 1986.

Photos were scanned and data stored on laser discs in a intrigue run by Acorn Computers, Philips, Logica and the BBC.

The BBC has right away launched a website displaying Domesday Project data.

Members of the open can upload photos and data to refurbish it, 25 years after the initial intrigue was published.
