Report: Sony Skeleton To Restart PSN Services 'fully' By May 31

Sony directed to re-launch a few services (including Home, talk functionality and friends lists) during final week, but behind its skeleton to be able to finalize contrast of what it claims is a reconstructed and more secure network.
