Sony Takes PS3 Hackers To Court

Sony has launched authorised action against hackers who unclosed and published safety codes is to PlayStation 3.

The penetrate potentially allows any person to run any program on their machine, inclusive pirated games.

But George Hotz, a of the hackers at the centre of the controversy, told BBC News that he was "comfortable" the action would not succeed.
