Spanish HDTV service Starmax HD is using calm administration and delivery services from France Telecom auxiliary GlobeCast for aggregation, encryption and delivery of its full duct lineup. The end-to-end GlobeCast service for Starmax HD includes essential element grant from a few countries, accepting of SD and HD channels at the company's Sainte Assise Teleport in France, and vigilance application in MPEG-4 with multiplexing, uplink, heavenly body ability and encryption.

Starmax HD was created to kindle HDTV observation in Spain with an affordable prepaid package without requiring a subscription or minimum sign-up period. In add-on to GlobeCast's calm administration and delivery services, the Starmax stage uses set-top boxes from Ferguson and spectator access cards from Conax. Starmax viewers can record programs and fool around calm files from outmost hard drives together with access streaming calm from the Internet by the set-top box.
