Aveco has commissioned a four-channel ASTRA MCR industrialisation and ASTRA CMS calm administration network at Sersat in Argentina. Sersat provides playout and heavenly body uplink services in the region.
The Sersat ASTRA MCR network has 4 playlists with a law traffic interface determining mirrored playout from two Grass Valley K2 media servers. The ASTRA CMS calm administration network manages feast from 6 VTRs to a third feast K2 media server together with the record transfers to both mirrored playout servers. It moreover manages the hoop space of all 3 K2 media servers.
